Grants - Application Process

The substantive evaluation of grant projects is conducted by the Investment Council, which operates in accordance with the regulations established on May 29, 2026, by Rector’s Ordinance No. Z.102.2025.2026 of the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (PBŚ).

The Investment Council comprises representatives from the business community, the business ecosystem, investment funds, and academia:
•    Tomasz Hoppe,
•    Monika Łaganowska,
•    Karol Matczak,
•    Lidia Trzcinska,
•    Edyta Wołczyk.

The Investment Council was established by the Vice-Rector for Research and Evaluation, dr. hab. inż. Łukasz Skowroński, Prof. PBŚ.
