Reporting academic achievements

Bibliographic entries in the Bibliography of publications by PBŚ staff members database are prepared based on publications provided by the authors—either as original copies or as scans.

Publications should be submitted in electronic format to the following address: expertus@pbs.edu.pl.
If a publication is available only in printed form, please send scans of it.

Scope of required scans:

• articles: the first and last page of the article, along with journal details (year, issue, page range);
• book chapters: the first and last page of the chapter, the cover, the title page, the copyright/imprint page, and the table of contents;
• books and monographs: the cover, the title page, the copyright/imprint page, and the final page of the book;
• other forms of publication: information that allows for the unambiguous identification of the document.

Publications should be submitted on an ongoing basis, immediately after they are published.

In accordance with Ordinance No. Z.128.2021.2022 dated 28 April 2022, for each achievement, the employee is required to submit an authorization allowing it to be included for the purposes of the evaluation of the quality of scientific activity.
