Project financed from state budget funds, granted by the Minister of Education and Science under the "Science for Society II" programme.
FUNDING INSTITUTION: Ministry of Science and Higher Education
PROJECT MANAGER: dr hab. Iwona Posadzińska, prof. PBŚ
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The project aims to identify and redesign the processes through which Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology collaborates with its socio-economic environment. Specifically, it seeks to define the conditions for increasing the activity and competitiveness of the scientific sector, boost the number of enterprises operating based on innovative solutions generated through university-industry collaboration, stimulate the development of pro-innovation solutions, benchmark best practices in technology transfer and commercialization, and develop the framework for—and subsequently launch—an observatory of innovation processes.
To achieve these objectives, the project includes both quantitative and qualitative research: surveys of enterprises in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region and Technology Transfer Centers (TTCs), as well as in-depth interviews to identify best practices employed by TTCs, alongside an expert panel. A key task of the project will be to develop the conceptual framework for and launch an interactive platform: the Innovation Processes Observatory.
